As a company that serves educational institutions across the country and world, we know the value of continuous learning. And we take it seriously. We offer many avenues for professional growth including professional education classes, tuition reimbursement and knowledge sharing of our associates.
Our Human Resources team offers various professional development classes. Some of our most recent offerings included Conflict Resolution, Situational Leadership, People Management 101, and Giving and Receiving Feedback.
Jenzabar’s tuition reimbursement plan pays for a portion of approved, job-related courses, which are part of a written educational, plan, in which the associate earns a grade B or above.
Finally, a natural by-product of working at Jenzabar is sharing knowledge with and learning from an extremely talented group of individuals. What a place to be!
