Cambridge, MA — August 24, 2005 – Jenzabar, Inc., the pioneer of Total Campus Management (TCM) solutions for higher education, today announced that Franciscan University of Steubenville will boost its administrative and online capabilities with the Jenzabar EX ERP system combined with Jenzabar’s Learning Management System (LMS) and Jenzabar’s Internet Campus Solution (JICS). The decision was the culmination of an extensive process that reviewed the offerings of the major players in the higher education software market, with campus-wide participation from faculty and staff. The goal to empower more users with access to information through easy-to-use applications was best served by Jenzabar’s integrated systems. Franciscan University of Steubenville’s Software Selection Committee noted that the single database architecture, superior reporting capabilities, and clear migratory path provided by Jenzabar were key factors in its decision.

Dubbed “Project Assisi,” an acronym for A Spiritual Student Information System Implementation as well as the name of the town where the founder of the Franciscan Order, St. Francis, was born, the system will manage the entire student lifecycle, from Admissions to Advancement.
